This webinar is a practical and strategic reading of the CERV 2026 Gender Equality call. During the session, we will open the official call fiche together, identify the priority that best matches your organisation, and clarify what kinds of projects the call is designed to fund. More specifically, the call supports projects on:
- work-life balance and equal sharing of care responsibilities,
- implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive and equal pay,
- equal participation of women and men in political and economic decision-making, and
- tackling gender stereotypes in media and advertising.
This can include, for example, training employers on family-friendly workplace policies, projects that engage men in care responsibilities, tools and support systems for pay transparency and equal pay, mentoring and networking for women candidates and elected representatives, and training or awareness actions for media and advertising professionals to challenge stereotypes. We will also locate past funded projects to understand how similar priorities have already been translated into funded actions, and to help participants immediately assess whether this call is relevant for their work.
Users’ profile
CSOs, public bodies, equality-focused organisations, women’s rights organisations, labour and social inclusion actors, and networks working on gender equality and anti-discrimination.
