FAQ

Getting started & choosing a session

I’m new to EU funding. Where should I start?

Pick any **Level Zero/Low** class in the **EU Calls Navigator** track (e.g., “EU Funding Quick Start”). You’ll learn how to find and decode calls before jumping into design/writing.

How do I choose the right level?

Zero: no prior experience.
Low: basics covered, little practice.
Medium: you can draft sections with guidance.
High: multiple proposals written/submitted.

What programmes do you cover?

Erasmus+ (KA210/KA220/KA3/Sport), CERV, AMIF, ESF+, Creative Europe. Sessions are timed to real calls where possible.

How big are the classes?

Very small — 6–8 seats — to keep them interactive and practical.

What language are sessions delivered in?

English.

Booking, payment & invoices

How do I book?

Click a session, pay securely via Apple Pay/Google Pay/Credit Card, and you’ll receive a confirmation of your booking by email immediately and a Zoom link once the class is formed.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. You’ll get a receipt right away and, if needed, a formal invoice—just reply to your confirmation email with your billing details.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Prices shown are final unless the checkout page states otherwise. Any taxes/fees are shown before payment.

Can my organisation pay by bank transfer?

For groups or bundles, yes—contact us and we’ll arrange a pro-forma and seat holds.

Formats, levels & pricing

What’s the difference between formats?

Live Demo (€39): guided screen-share of tools/portals; you leave with a checklist + recording.
Hands-on Lab (€49): we build a tangible asset together (budget/workplan/partner file).
AI Clinic (€59): small-group writing using curated prompts; you leave with drafted sections.

Are longer courses available?

Yes—multi-part series for live calls (e.g., CERV EQUAL, KA210/KA220). Book parts individually or as a set. If you want a more structured training, contact us and we’ll arrange it for you.

Before, during & after the session

What tools do I need?

A modern browser, and for Labs/Clinics Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs. For AI Clinics, access to at least one mainstream AI tool (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini), even in their free format.

How long is each session?

2 hours, including 20–30 minutes of Q&A.

Will I get the recording?

Yes. The recording + templates are shared with participants after the session and remain available for 30 days.

Time zone?

We schedule in Europe CET. The calendar and emails show the time in your local zone where possible.

Materials, templates & outcomes

What do I take away from a class?

Practical outputs (e.g., budget/ workplan/KPI tables, compliance checklists), slides, prompt kits (for AI Clinics), and a two-week action checklist.

Will you review my full proposal?

Clinics provide live drafting and quick peer/mentor feedback, but not a full red-pen review. For deep reviews, ask about 1:1 mentoring.

Does training guarantee funding?

No training can guarantee an award. We focus on competitive design, clarity, coherence, and compliance so your odds improve. Moreover, we focus on making the process more enjoyable, so that you appreciate it more and have more fun 🙂

AI use, ethics & originality

How do you use AI in training?

We use curated prompts to speed up analysis and drafting — always with human oversight and alignment to the call.

Is my data safe?

We avoid entering confidential information into public models. You’ll learn safe workflows and originality checks to keep your content yours.

Will my text be unique?

Yes. We emphasise originality (no copy-paste), evidence, and voice consistency. You’ll learn how to detect clichés and revise.

Cancellations, changes & refunds

Can I reschedule or transfer my seat?

Yes — free seat transfer to a colleague or reschedule credit for another date/lesson (subject to availability).

What is your refund policy?

If a session is cancelled by us, you can choose a full refund or credit. For learner-initiated changes, we generally offer credits instead of refunds so you don’t lose the value. (Any specific exceptions will be stated on the checkout page.)

Minimum attendance?

We reserve the right to combine or move sessions with very low enrolment; you’ll be offered alternative dates or a credit/refund.

Accessibility, language & support

Are sessions accessible?

We use Zoom features (live captions where available). Tell us about accessibility needs at booking—we’ll adapt materials and pacing.

Can you run a session in my organisation’s language?

Training is in English. However, we speak Italian, French and Spanish. For private groups, just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Who do I contact for help?

Reply to your confirmation email or write to XXX. We aim to respond promptly, in a maximum of 2 working days.

Group bookings, private cohorts & custom sessions

Do you run in-house training?

Yes. We can tailor live or online programme-specific bootcamps (e.g., Erasmus+ for schools, CERV for CSOs, etc.), sync to your live deadlines, and include team templates.

Do you offer seat bundles or discounts?

For 3+ seats or multi-part series, we can bundle and invoice your organisation. Moreover, we have discounts in place for the following packs:
3-pack = 10% off
6-pack = 15% off
10-pack = 20% off

Can you review our idea before we book?

We can run a 30-minutes scoping call to map your idea to the right sessions.

Programme & portal specifics

Will we cover real forms and portals?

Yes. Live Demos show real EU portals, OID registration, and application forms. Labs/Clinics map outputs directly to specific sections.

Do you help with OID and submission steps?

Yes—see the Portal lessons (KA210/KA220, or Research Participant Portal) covering OID/PIC codes, form creation, attachments, validation, and submission flow.

Do you provide partner search support?

We teach methods and platforms and give you vetting tools. For hands-on matchmaking, ask about a private add-on.

Certificates & compliance

Do you issue certificates of completion?

Yes—upon request, we can provide a certificate indicating the session title, date, and duration (2h).

Are you affiliated with the European Commission?

No. We are an independent training provider. References to programmes/calls are for educational purposes.
